Casa Mente – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all retreats and experiences provided by Casa Mente. By placing a booking, submitting a deposit, purchasing a giveaway ticket, or confirming your participation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Casa Mente”, “we”, “our”, “us” refer to the team and company hosting the retreats.
“You”, “your”, “guest”, “participant” refer to any individual booking, purchasing, or attending an experience.
“Retreat” refers to the full Casa Mente experience, including accommodation, meals, classes, and curated activities.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are non-refundable. By booking your place, you acknowledge that Casa Mente incurs upfront costs in planning and securing your retreat experience.
If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant upon written request and approval by Casa Mente.
Travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.

4. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

You confirm that you are mentally, emotionally, and physically able to participate. Participation is at your own risk.

5. INSURANCE & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You are solely responsible for arranging personal travel insurance, valid passport, visas, and health documents required for travel.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

Casa Mente is not liable for injuries, losses, theft, or damages during the retreat. Guests must sign a liability waiver before arrival.

7. CONDUCT & COMMUNITY

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to the retreat experience.

8. MEDIA USAGE

By attending, you agree that Casa Mente may use photos and videos from the retreat for promotional purposes. You may opt out in writing prior to the retreat.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Casa Mente is not liable for changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather events, pandemics, strikes).

10. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Casa Mente reserves the right to adjust the schedule, instructors, or content of the retreat. All updates will be communicated in advance.

Golden Giveaway – Official Terms

Your chance to win a luxury retreat for two – valid only for the Casa Mente June Retreat 2025.

1. OVERVIEW

By purchasing a “Golden Giveaway Ticket,” you enter a random drawing to win one of three retreat experiences for two people at the Casa Mente June 2025 retreat in France.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to enter.
No residency restriction applies unless prohibited by your local law.

3. WINNERS & PRIZES

Up to three winners will be randomly selected via Instagram Live on May 20, 2025 (@thecasamente), depending on the total number of tickets sold.
See section 8 for minimum participation requirements.

Each winner receives a full Casa Mente retreat experience for two people, including:

Accommodation (Orangerie Room, Signature Room, or upgraded Master Suite)
Gourmet meals throughout the retreat
Daily classes (yoga, pilates, meditation) and curated wellness sessions
Rituals, workshops, and evening gatherings
Concierge support and welcome package
Transport from the local arrival point to the venue and return on departure day

Flights, insurance, and personal expenses are not included.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE

All giveaway ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. CONFIRMATION & TRANSFERABILITY

Winners will be contacted via email and must confirm participation within 3 days.
Tickets can be transferred to another person, but only with prior written approval from Casa Mente.
In the event of a transfer, the new participant must:
Submit full personal details
Sign all required waiver and policy forms before the retreat begins

Failure to meet these requirements will result in the prize being forfeited.

6. ODDS & TRANSPARENCY

A maximum of 720 tickets will be sold at €20 each.
The proceeds of the giveaway are intended to transparently cover the value of the retreat spots being gifted – up to three full Casa Mente experiences...
The total number of winners depends on the number of tickets sold (see section 8). The ticket price reflects a shared contribution toward the actual room and experience value.

7. DISQUALIFICATION

Casa Mente reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

8. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

The giveaway prizes are contingent upon a minimum of 300 tickets being sold.
If fewer than 300 tickets are sold by May 20, Casa Mente reserves the right to adjust the number of prizes awarded.
This ensures the experience can be delivered with the highest standard of care and quality.
In the event that the minimum participation threshold is not met, Casa Mente may cancel the draw and issue participants a credit equal to the value of their ticket, valid for use toward any future Casa Mente retreat.
